What's Broken?

Website problems come in all shapes and sizes. Some are obvious. Others start with one small thing that suddenly stops working.

Website Down

Your website won’t load, shows an error, redirects somewhere it shouldn’t, or has suddenly become unavailable.

WordPress Errors

Critical errors, white screens, PHP errors, database problems, login issues and other unexpected WordPress problems.

WooCommerce Problems

Checkout not working? Payments failing? Cart behaving strangely? Orders or customer emails not coming through? We’ll investigate.

Broken After an Update

A WordPress, theme or plugin update can occasionally break functionality or change the appearance of your website. We’ll find the cause and get things working again.

Elementor Problems

Broken layouts, missing styles, widgets that stopped working, responsive problems or Elementor pages that no longer display correctly.

Slow Website

A website that suddenly becomes painfully slow may have plugin, database, hosting, caching or configuration problems behind it.

Something Else?

Websites have a remarkable ability to break in creative ways.

If you don’t know what’s wrong, that’s okay. Tell us what you’re seeing and we’ll investigate.

When Your Website Can't Wait Until Next Week

Some website problems are inconvenient.

Others cost you money every minute they’re left unfixed.

If customers can’t place an order, your contact form has stopped sending enquiries, your website is offline or an important part of your site has suddenly broken, getting it working again becomes the priority.

You bring us the problem.

We work out what’s causing it.

Then we fix it.

WordPress & WooCommerce Repair

We Know Our Way Around WordPress

WordPress gives businesses enormous flexibility, but that flexibility also means themes, plugins, hosting, caching and third-party services all have to work together.

One update or configuration change can sometimes cause something completely unrelated to stop working.

We troubleshoot the problem rather than immediately reaching for the reset button.

For WooCommerce stores, we can investigate problems affecting important parts of the buying process, including carts, checkout, payments, shipping, order emails and store functionality.

The goal is simple:

Find the cause. Fix the problem. Keep the parts that already work.

Why Verto?

Repair Before Rebuild

Not every website problem needs a new website.

Sometimes you just need someone who can work out what went wrong.

We believe in fixing the actual problem instead of turning every support request into a website redesign project.

That means:

Practical troubleshooting

We look for the cause of the problem rather than applying random fixes.

Clear communication

You don’t need to understand PHP, DNS, JavaScript or WordPress internals. We’ll explain what matters in normal language.

Transparent pricing

Website repair starts at €50. If a problem requires substantially more work, you’ll know before we continue.

No maintenance contract required

You can contact us for a one-off repair without signing up for a monthly plan.

Design + development experience

Sometimes a technical problem is actually a design problem — and sometimes what looks like a design problem has a technical cause. We work with both.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does website repair cost?

Website repair starts at €50 for the first hour. If more time is required, additional work can be billed at €25 per 30 minutes. If we discover that the problem requires significantly more work, we'll discuss it with you before continuing.

Can you guarantee my website will be fixed within one hour?

No. Some problems can be resolved very quickly, while others require deeper investigation.

The €50 price covers the first hour of troubleshooting and repair; it is not a promise that every possible website problem can be solved within an hour.

Do you only repair WordPress websites?

No. WordPress, WooCommerce and Elementor are common platforms we work with, but you can contact us about problems with other websites as well.

We'll first determine whether it's something we can help with.

My website broke after an update. Can you help?

Yes. WordPress core, theme and plugin updates can sometimes cause conflicts or compatibility problems. We can investigate what changed and determine the safest way to restore functionality.

Can you repair WooCommerce problems?

Yes. We can investigate WooCommerce problems involving checkout, carts, payments, shipping, emails, plugins and other store functionality.

What access will you need?

It depends on the problem.

We may need temporary access to WordPress, your hosting control panel, FTP/SFTP, database or another service involved in the issue.

We'll only request the access needed to investigate or repair the problem.

Should I send my passwords through the contact form?

No.

Describe the problem first. If login access is required, we'll arrange an appropriate way to provide it.

What if you can't fix the problem?

Not every website problem can be repaired within an hour, and some issues may depend on hosting providers, external services, obsolete software or third-party systems.

If we determine that the problem requires a different solution or specialist service, we'll explain what we've found and what the next step should be.

Can you also maintain the website afterwards?

Yes. If you want ongoing help after the immediate problem is resolved, we can discuss website maintenance, updates, performance improvements and further development separately.

Something Broken?

Let's Get Your Website Working Again.

Tell us what’s happening and what you need help with. Our website repair service starts from €50.

You don’t need to diagnose the problem yourself.

That’s our job.
