Software License Terms

These Software License Terms apply to paid software products and licenses provided through Verto.rocks and form part of the Verto.rocks Terms and Conditions.

Verto.rocks is operated by Bombardi OÜ, registered in Estonia, registry code 16902070, VAT number EE102698572.

1. License Grant

When you purchase a Verto Software Key Manager PRO license, you receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use the software in accordance with the license plan purchased.

The software is licensed, not sold. Bombardi OÜ retains ownership of the software and all associated intellectual property rights.

2. License Period

Verto Software Key Manager PRO licenses are valid for 12 months.

The license does not renew automatically. At the end of the license period, the customer may choose to renew the license for another 12-month period by completing a new payment.

3. Storefront Domain Limits

The applicable storefront domain limit depends on the purchased license:

PRO 3 – up to 3 storefront domains
PRO 10 – up to 10 storefront domains
PRO Unlimited – unlimited storefront domains

A storefront domain means a domain used as a customer-facing WooCommerce storefront with Verto Software Key Manager PRO.

Each storefront domain using PRO counts separately toward the applicable license limit. This includes the main domain of an independent WordPress/WooCommerce installation as well as separate storefront domains used within a multi-domain setup such as WPML or domain mapping.

For example, one WooCommerce installation operating three separate storefront domains counts as 3 storefront domains.

The Master Store’s storefront domain also counts toward the applicable license limit.

4. License Upgrades

Customers may upgrade to a higher Verto Software Key Manager PRO plan when additional storefront domain capacity is required.

The terms and price applicable to an upgrade will be displayed or communicated before the upgrade is completed.

5. Permitted Use

The license may be used for the customer’s own websites or websites that the customer is authorized to manage.

The customer may configure the software, connect permitted WooCommerce stores and use the software for commercial license-key delivery within the limits of the purchased plan.

6. Restrictions

The customer may not:

resell or sublicense the Verto PRO license as a standalone product;
redistribute the paid plugin or provide copies for unauthorized use;
share a license in a manner that exceeds the purchased Connected Store limit;
bypass, disable or manipulate license validation or technical restrictions;
use one license to provide unauthorized copies of the software to unrelated third parties.

7. Updates and Support

An active PRO license provides access to applicable software updates and support during the 12-month license period.

Updates may include security fixes, compatibility improvements, bug fixes and feature improvements.

8. Expired Licenses

When a license expires, the customer may renew it through Verto.rocks.

The exact functionality available after expiration may depend on the version of the software and the licensing system in use.

An expired license does not authorize the customer to exceed the Connected Store limits of the originally purchased license.

9. License Suspension or Termination

Bombardi OÜ may suspend or terminate a license where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorized redistribution, deliberate circumvention of licensing restrictions or another material violation of these Software License Terms.

Where reasonably possible, we will contact the customer before taking such action.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Verto.rocks Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

If a purchase is refunded, the corresponding PRO license may be cancelled or deactivated and the customer must stop using functionality requiring that paid license.
