By purchasing, downloading, installing or using a Verto.rocks product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Products and Services
Verto.rocks provides WordPress and WooCommerce software products, including Verto Software Key Manager and related PRO licenses.
Product features, compatibility requirements and license limits are described on the relevant product pages. We may improve, update or modify our software over time to maintain compatibility, security and functionality.
2. Software Licenses
Verto Software Key Manager PRO licenses are issued for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase or activation, as specified with the product.
The available license plans limit the number of storefront domains on which Verto Software Key Manager PRO may be used:
- PRO 3 – up to 3 storefront domains
- PRO 10 – up to 10 storefront domains
- PRO Unlimited – unlimited storefront domains
Each storefront domain using PRO counts separately toward the applicable license limit. This includes the main domain of an independent WordPress/WooCommerce installation as well as separate storefront domains used within a multi-domain setup such as WPML or domain mapping.
The Master Store’s storefront domain also counts toward the applicable license limit.
3. License Renewal
PRO licenses are valid for 12 months and may be renewed for an additional license period.
Renewal is required to continue using functionality or services that require an active PRO license after the current license period expires.
The applicable renewal price will be displayed before the customer completes the renewal purchase.
No automatic recurring payment will be charged unless automatic renewal is explicitly offered and the customer has agreed to it during checkout.
4. Payments and Prices
All prices are displayed on Verto.rocks before an order is placed.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available during checkout. An order is considered paid once the payment has been successfully confirmed by the payment provider.
Where applicable, VAT or other taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout according to the customer’s location and applicable tax rules.
Verto.rocks does not automatically charge customers for license renewals. A new payment is required when the customer chooses to renew an expiring or expired license.
5. Digital Delivery
Verto.rocks products are digital products and are delivered electronically.
After successful payment, the customer will receive access to the purchased product and, where applicable, the corresponding software license information.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address during checkout and for keeping their purchase and license information secure.
6. Software Updates and Compatibility
We aim to maintain our software and provide updates where reasonably necessary for security, compatibility and functionality.
WordPress, WooCommerce, third-party plugins, themes, hosting environments and external services are developed independently from Verto.rocks. We therefore cannot guarantee permanent compatibility with every third-party product, configuration or future version.
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and testing significant software updates in a suitable environment before applying them to a production website.
7. Acceptable Use
Customers may use Verto software only within the limits of the license they have purchased.
The customer may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or make the software available as a standalone product to third parties unless Verto.rocks has provided written permission.
Customers may not attempt to bypass, disable or manipulate license restrictions, activation controls or Connected Store limits.
A license may be suspended or terminated in cases of fraud, unauthorized redistribution, deliberate circumvention of licensing restrictions or other material violations of these Terms.
8. Support
Support for paid Verto products is available during the active 12-month license period.
Support covers reasonable assistance with installation, activation and functionality of the Verto product. It does not include general WordPress development, WooCommerce configuration, server administration or troubleshooting unrelated third-party software.
Support requests can be sent to info@verto.rocks.
